The Couture Leadership Cohort is a leadership formation experience created specifically for Senior Pastors' Wives—a place to pause, reflect, grow, and strengthen the woman behind the ministry.
This isn't simply about becoming a better Pastor's Wife. It's about becoming a healthier, wiser, and more intentional woman so you can continue leading from a place of alignment rather than exhaustion.

ABOUT THE COHORT
A guided leadership formation experience.
The Couture Leadership Cohort is a guided leadership formation experience built upon the principles of The Couture L.I.F.E., Robin May's forthcoming book releasing in Fall 2026.
Rather than focusing primarily on ministry skills or organizational leadership, this experience begins with something deeper: the woman who leads.
Using the foundational principles of The Couture L.I.F.E., we'll explore self-awareness, emotional health, intentional living, healthy relationships, leadership, resilience, faith, and alignment—because the way you lead others is always influenced by how well you are leading yourself.
This is not coaching. It is not therapy. It is not another online membership.
It is an intentional leadership formation experience designed specifically for Senior Pastors' Wives who desire to lead from a healthier, wiser, and more grounded place.

Each month includes one live Zoom session with Robin featuring:

Monthly Leadership Reflection
Each month you'll receive a thoughtful leadership reflection designed to help you intentionally apply The Couture L.I.F.E. principles to ministry, leadership, relationships, and everyday life.
Robin's Personal Reflections
Throughout the cohort, Robin will occasionally send personal voice notes and reflections created specifically for this group.
These are not formal lessons. They're moments of encouragement, perspective, and honest conversation from someone who understands the unique realities of ministry.
Built Around The Couture L.I.F.E.
Each month draws from the principles and practices introduced in The Couture L.I.F.E., helping you thoughtfully apply them to ministry, leadership, relationships, and everyday life.
Together, we'll move beyond simply learning the concepts to intentionally living them.
Priority Access
Members receive early invitations to future Couture Leadership opportunities, gatherings, and ministry resources.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT
Complimentary Couture Life Church Kickoff
Members who remain active for at least three consecutive months become eligible to receive a complimentary Couture Life Church Kickoff.
Robin will personally host a virtual kickoff session introducing the women of your church to The Couture L.I.F.E. for those who choose to use this resource for their church small group.
One complimentary kickoff session per participating church.

Teaching, guided reflection, conversation, Q&A, and practical leadership application.

Robin Reflection
A personal voice note or written encouragement created specifically for the cohort.

Monthly Practice
Intentional application for everyday ministry, leadership, relationships, and life.
